1 General Terms
Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the core basis for operating the kx222 platform ("Platform", "Site", or "Service"). They serve as a binding legal agreement between the user ("you", "member") and the kx222 management authority.
These Terms apply to all services of kx222 — including online slots, live casino, cricket betting, card games, and all other gaming categories. Additional terms may apply to specific promotional offers and will be published separately.
The Bengali version of these Terms is official. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
2 Eligibility & Registration
Registration Eligibility
To open an account and use the services at kx222, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
- You are entering into this agreement as a mentally sound and capable individual.
- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- You are operating the account on your own behalf and for your own interests — not on behalf of any third party.
Identity Verification (KYC)
kx222 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is completed.
If false information is provided, the account will be permanently closed and any funds in that account may be forfeited.
3 Account Security
Password & Access
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Under no circumstances should you share your login details with anyone else. No kx222 staff member will ever ask for your password.

- Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
The supported payment methods at kx222 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name.
- Funds deposited through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.
- Funds will be added to the account after the deposit is successfully processed.
Withdrawal Policy
Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method registered on the account.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if subject to a fraud or anti-money laundering (AML) review.
- Withdrawals cannot be made if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
kx222 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000.
After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn.
Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time while a bonus is active.
- Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms may result in account closure.
- kx222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
6 Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
kx222 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment in all games. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- No game outcome is predetermined or subject to manipulation.
- The specific rules of game providers apply to each game.
- Bets cancelled due to a technical error will be refunded.
- If a connection is lost during an active session, kx222's system log will be considered final.
7 Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are completely prohibited on kx222:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Unfairly exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Fraudulent collusion with other players.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Operating another person's account in their name or on their behalf.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings and balances will be forfeited.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
Reasons for Account Closure
The kx222 authority may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Involvement in fraudulent activities.
- Association with illegal activities.
- Long-term account inactivity.
Members may also request the closure of their account at any time. Valid balances remaining in a self-requested closed account will be arranged for return.
9 Responsible Gaming

- Option to set deposit limits.
